Cam's check ins have been helping me stay on track. I would say my back pain is noticeably improved which is amazing. But more than that I’ve experienced an unexpected and huge improvement in my ability to get a good nights rest. I was previously unable to sleep on my left side without feeling pain. Now I can sleep on my left or right side and don’t wake up as much in the night. I’m blown away.

Since starting this program a few weeks ago, I cannot say enough about how it has positively impacted my life.
